The Korea Ceramic Foundation(Chairman KANG Woohyon) cooperated with the Korea Rehabilitation Foundation(President YOON Youngno) to co-host the 8th National Ceramic Competition for the Disabled, by organizing an exhibition of awarding winning pieces. There are 71 artworks on display showing the experiences and emotions of disabled ceramics community.

This is a valuable exhibition looking into the current circumstances of ceramic activities pursued by disabled people, while providing a space for communication and understanding.

Through this clay can be approached as a socially healing medium enabling disabilities to recover while awakening naturalness inside people. By supporting the artistic endeavors of the disabled community, implementing a better social welfare system is initiated through culture.
