Featuring beautiful Korean ceramics imbued with tradition and innovation The Beautiful Korean Ceramics Competition aims to promote and advance Korean ceramic art. The competition is resuming this year through the Gyeonggi Ceramics Biennale 2024 after being suspended since 2017. The 6th Beautiful Korean Ceramics Competition is a nationwide ceramics competition aimed at inheriting the tradition of Korean ceramic art and taking the tradition further into the realm of modern art. The competition also aims to discover and exhibit works created by competent emerging ceramists and promote Korean ceramic art at home and abroad, thereby contributing to the advancement and popularization of Korea ceramic art.
